Step1- First of all Download and Install the MailsDaddy Gmail Backup Tool and get free demo or activate with genuine licensed activation KEY.
Step2 - Launch the Gmail Backup Tool and Provide Login Details Email ID as well as App Password. Click on the Login Button.
Step3 - In a few seconds, You will see a new Window where you can can select folders from the left pane and select Export required export option from. You may also select date range filter if required.
