Who can copy the SharePoint site?

Microsoft is always concerned about user security, which is why site permissions are necessary for copying files and folders. If you are a SharePoint administrator, all necessary permissions are automatically assigned to you.

On the other hand, if you can only view the site, you might not have the permissions required to copy or make any changes to it.
