2: Search for ImportExportTools NG in the Add-ons Manager window.

3: After searching, click Add to Thunderbird next to ImportExportTools NG.

4: Now install this addon and restart your Thunderbird.

5:  Right-click to that mailbox item (Inbox, Outbox sent item, draft, etc) >> Go to ImportExportTools NG and click on Import MBOX file.

6: Select Import one or more MBOX files directly option and click OK.

7: Now go to the location where your Gmail MBOX file is stored >> Select that MBOX file and click Open.

8: After this all your MBOX file data will be moved to Thunderbird.

C: Save Gmail Emails (in MBOX File) to PDF

After importing the Gmail MBOX file in Thunderbird, follow the given step to save Gmail emails in PSF format.

1: Right-Click on the particular mailbox item (Inbox, Outbox sent item, draft, etc).

2: Choose ImportExportTools NG >> select Export All Messages In Folder >> click on PDF Format.

3: Provide the Storage location where you want to save the exported PST files and click on the OK button.
