Step 3. When you complete your writing a message, go to the Mailing tab > Start Mail Merge > choose Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard.

Step 4. Mail Merge Wizard will be opened on the right side of your computer screen. Now select “Letters” or “E-Mail messages” then Next.

Step 9. Click on “Insert Merge Field” to insert personalized information from your data source, such as the recipient’s name and email address, etc. Also, ensure that Microsoft Outlook is already opened with the desired account.

Step 10. Now click on “Finish & Merge” from the menu bar and then select “Send Email Messages” and send out bulk emails.

Step 11. A dialog box will appear, type the “Subject line” and then the “OK” button.

Now your messages have been scheduled to be sent from the Outlook Outbox.
