With the help of the Exchange Admin Centre
Step 1: First, log in to your Exchange account. On the Exchange Admin Centre page, go to Recipients present on the left-side panel. Then go to Mailboxes present on the upper side of the page.
Step 2: Click on More options (…) then select Export to a PST file. A dialog box appears.
